A Pulse Jet Bag Filter is a high-efficiency dust collection system used to remove particulate matter from industrial exhaust gas streams. It operates on reverse air cleaning using compressed air pulses, which periodically clean the filter bags and maintain continuous filtration without shutdown.
Pulse jet systems are widely used in chemical plants, pharmaceuticals, dyes, cement, food processing, boilers, dryers, mineral processing, foundries, and general dust-laden processes. They provide:
✔ High dust collection efficiency (up to 99.9%)
✔ Continuous operation
✔ Low maintenance
✔ Compact design
