A Spin Flash Dryer is a high-speed drying system used to convert slurries, pastes, cakes, and sticky materials into free-flowing powders in a matter of seconds.
It combines mechanical agitation, high-temperature air, and flash drying to rapidly remove moisture while preventing agglomeration.
Working Principle:
Wet feed is fed into a rotating disintegrator at the base of the dryer, where hot air instantly evaporates the moisture and conveys the dried particles upwards. The product is then separated using cyclone/bag filters.

API, chemicals, dyes, pigments, agrochemicals, food ingredients, minerals, polymers, starch, fertilizers.
